Walk and Talk invites Hackney locals who have experienced mental health challenges to connect and create through the exploration of Hackney’s green spaces.

Each guided walk will take residents through the borough's outdoor spaces, followed by a creative writing workshop at Arcola Theatre that provides space for creative storytelling and reflection.
