Holocaust Memorial Day (HMD) takes place every year on 27 January. It is a day for everyone to remember the millions of people murdered in the Holocaust under Nazi Persecution. Hackney Libraries have put together this list to honour those who lost their lives and to tell the stories of those who survived.

On Wednesday 24 January, we will be joined at Stoke Newington Library by author Gaby Koppel, whose novel Reparation is on this list, to discuss the Holocaust and its impact on the generations that have followed.
