Join us for our spring concert as we delve into the worlds of these two great composers
Mozart’s 'Mass in C Minor', composed in Vienna 1782-83, is considered one of his finest works and a classic of the genre. Fanny Hensel (née Mendelssohn) long existed in the shadow of her brother Felix, but has come into renewed appreciation. Her 'Hiob' (1831) tells the story of Job, whose loyalty is tested by Satan before being restored to fortune by God.
