Ewart's Jerk of Gillett Square is collaborating with Chinneal Collins to create a celebratory menu fusing British classics with a Caribbean twist to mark Windrush 2026.
They will offer Caribbean Fish and Chips: seasoned smoked grilled fish with sweet potato or regular fries, hot and spicy coleslaw and zingy mushy peas. Chinneal will also offer a Caribbean twist on a cream tea, featuring baked goodies including rum and raisin brownies and toasted spiced bun with tea. Ewart and Chinneal will also make a special donation to the HCD Trust to support community activities and projects in Gillett Square. Pre-orders welcome.
