Stamford Hill Library

Work has begun to renew the roof covering on Stamford Hill Library. The roof has been faltering over recent years and we are pleased to say that Fullworks Contractors are now on site. This work has been funded from Council capital funds and is part of a raft of capital improvement programmes across the boroughs libraries. The roof has been faltering over recent years and this work will ensure that this well-used library building is watertight. The work is expected to take twelve weeks with completion in October. The Library will be open during the period, however you can expect some noise and possible temporary closures of the first floor study room. We will plan any closures in advance and display notices in the library.
