Understanding Deaf Culture: In Search of Deafhood

DEAFHOOD = A journey that each Deaf person goes on to find their identity and purpose in this life as a Deaf person among other hearing people.

Presented in British Sign Language by Dr Paddy Ladd, Deaf scholar, author, activist and researcher of Deaf Culture. Presentation will be interpreted from British Sign Language into English.

Tea/coffee/biscuits will be served.
