Eastside Turns 30

From 10th November 2023 to 4th March 2024, Eastside will celebrate its 30th birthday with a special free exhibition at Shoreditch Library.

Showcasing films, podcasts and images of our work over the last 30 years, this illustrative exhibition will inspire future generations to explore their creativity, and perhaps pursue careers in the arts.

Join us for Eastside’s milestone birthday by visiting Shoreditch Library and seeing our 30th Anniversary Exhibition.

  • Discover more about the variety of projects and programmes we have curated over the past three decades.

  • Watch our short films and hear from some of the people we’ve connected with over the last 30 years, and the impact Eastside has had on their lives.

  • Take part in our interactive activities and add your thoughts to our exhibition.

  • Immerse yourself in our ‘photo booth’ and share your images with us.

Please note: if you’re visiting Shoreditch Library don’t forget to bring your headphones to enjoy the films on your personal device.

This exhibition would not be possible without the support of our partners. With special thanks to Lee Simmons Design, Hackney Libraries, Hackney Archives, Adam Goodwin, Jannine Newman, Alain ‘Fusion’ Clapham, Graham Pitts and thanks to National Lottery players.
